A List of different Gītās
Bhagvad Gītā is just one of the many Gītās that are there in the Hindu/Indian literature. There are around 60 more Gītās other than the BhagvadGītā, 14 of them being from the Mahābhārata alone, the text which the BhagvadGītā is a part of.
What exactly is the Hindu identity? Is it Sanatan Dharma, like the traditionalists proclaim? Is it a way of life? What is relationship of it with Jain, Bauddha, Sikh? Are they off shoots?
Hinduism in its current form though bereft of many things which were once its part, is still much diverse and nuanced.
How old is the term Hindu? Was it given by the Mughal Invaders or is it more archaic than most people assume it to be??
